Rules

1: Read the rules please, it will make all our lives easier.
2: Warning, warning, warning, kick, then ban for not following the rules. (Though I may just send you away to bother some other chat room).
3: Be smarter than a blind, deaf, old man. Be LITERATE!
4: Cussing is okay, but keep it down. I don't want every other word to be a swear word. (unless you or your character is reasonably pissed off and you or your character really need to release some steam.)
5: No god-moding/character controlling. Your character CAN get hurt and WILL! They are not invincible! Only I am invincible (not my characters), because I have the power to kick at will! Until you obtain some kind of super weapon…. Then nobody is really invincible. And you cannot control the other character. Let them react to whatever you just did, don't automatically assume what's going to happen and say they did it! That goes with the other people as well to ACTUALLY GET HIT!
6: When an rp is going on, you have to use brackets. Brackets aren't necessary if no rp is taking place.
7: All character posts must be submitted as replies to this journal.
8: Characters will most likely be accepted as long as they are reasonable and creative. Remember, we have every right to reject any character simply because we don’t like them. But that would be a rare case.
9: I like giving second chances. But don’t push it.
10. HAVE FUN! Relax, do what you love doing! This is a casual rping room for everybody! (even those who get yelled at by those uncultured Grammar Nazis).

History
The eastern portion of the southern continent on Leoba has always been contested territory. The fertile plains and abundant wildlife allow the support of a large population of humans. In this day and age, the human race out-competed the other intelligent races in the eastern half of the continent. The other intelligent races have been forced to the western half, waiting for a time to reclaim their land. Meanwhile, the humans are now competing against each other. With the advent of large scale agriculture, humans now have the ability to conquer each other. There are four giant factions now, with plenty of provinces with lesser kings still around to revolt. A fifth faction is emerging, and a new religious movement is growing. Leoba may always see tough times; past, present, and future.

Factions
1. Andalus – The Kingdom of Andalus is governed by King Sabah XI. The country is mostly nomadic with a major city situated at the northern part on a river delta. The eastern and southern part of the country is closed off by mountains.
2. Cielodonia – The Kingdom of Cielodonia with King Jason I recently split from the Sinaean Empire with the help of Covis. The island nation has a giant mountain where at its peak the new inhabitants placed a massive temple dedicated to their god.
3. Covis – The Kingdom of Covis is governed by King Ari I. It is a well fortified agricultural country completely surrounded by mountains except the northern coast. They are the kingdom completely surrounded by the other three factions.
4. Falonica – The Kingdom of Falonica is governed by King Uriel VII the least populated faction. The country is often overrun by bandits and pirates. It has the least amount of control over crime, which leads to the creation of able warriors.
5. Sinaea – The Sinaean Empire is the largest of the factions. The Emperor is Vivan III and the empire is made of many conquered city-states. There is always some lesser king planning a rebellion to reclaim their independence. The Empire's border to the west ends at the Free Zone on the western part of the continent.
6. Unaligned – The unaligned include mercenaries, assassins, and mostly non-human intelligent beings. Most unaligned are in the western part of the continent, an area called the Free Zone.

Religion: Conquesta--The polytheistic belief where each city, tribe, and nation has its own patron god or gods. This allows for the conquest of of cities without religion being a cause of rebellion since the city conquered will keep their god. The patron god that Ari, Covis City, and the Kingdom of Covis worship is Torqueda.
Appearance: Tall with black hair and brown eyes. Wears blue and white jacket.
History: King Ari I came into power the same way the kings of Covis have always come into power; through matrifocal inheritance. King Ari’s uncle is the brother of Ari’s mother. He inherited the kingdom through his mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. The son of the previous king and his father don’t get much out of this kinship inheritance, because they inherit by their own mothers and not the fathers. In the same way, King Ari’s son will not inherit the kingdom. If he had a sister, then her son would take over after Ari’s death. King Ari inherited the Kingdom of Covis at age 34. He has led countless battles against the Sinaeans and Andalusians. He also helped the founders of Cielodonia escape the Emperor to create their new country. Now in his old age, he is busy keeping his borders at the same place and fighting for the rights of the new church along with persecuting non-human rebels.
